Returns & Exchanges
1. Overview
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your wooden model product, we offer a return and exchange policy under the conditions outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or assembled models
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Customized or personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos or videos as proof
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return instructions and approval
⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect

9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled
